Response to Copyright Claims

  • Provide the user with an opportunity to submit a counter-notice if they believe the content was removed in error.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Identification of the removed content and its previous location on Syncz.xyz.
  2. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact details, including your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original takedown notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

Syncz.xyz reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly violate copyright laws.
